It’s an absolutely amazing site, covering an area the size of a village. It is indeed the largest building for religious purposes ever built.

Just want to mention again that this bridge is designed by the Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan.

Not so new anymore but it was my first time seeing Not so new anymore but it was my first time seeing it.
Best architecture I've seen in a while!
All the buildings are wrapped in an aluminium mesh that feels so light like a piece of fabric.
And the more you look at them the more they almost seem to vanish, it's really an impressive visual effect.

Mosques are some of the most prominent and signifi Mosques are some of the most prominent and significant buildings in Bursa. 
These two are the main and most impressive ones. 

- Ulu Cami (Grand Mosque) with its intricate calligraphy decoration and big fountain in the middle of it

- Yeşil Cami (Green Mosque)  known for its stunning green and blue interior tile work.
